Position Overview: We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, organization and communication. You will support managers and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Generate sales invoices and credit notes in the accounting system.
- Perform accurate data entry of company information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
