The Signage Installer (Electronic) is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of non-digital signage systems, including 3D signage and aluminum box-up signage. This role involves handling the installation of custom signage with electronic lighting elements, ensuring they are securely installed and meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Signage SystemsConduct on-site assessments to determine optimal installation locations for 3D and aluminum box-up signage.
Install various types of signage, including custom 3D letters, aluminum box-up structures, and other dimensional signage.
Ensure all electrical connections for lighting elements meet safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting and MaintenancePerform routine maintenance on signage systems to ensure longevity and optimal appearance.
Diagnose and repair any issues related to lighting or mounting.
Provide on-site technical support and resolve any issues as they arise.
- Testing and Quality AssuranceTest lighting elements in signage to ensure uniformity and brightness meet client specifications.
Confirm the signage is installed securely, level, and meets structural quality standards.
- Compliance and SafetyFollow all safety protocols, ensuring signage installations are hazard-free and stable.
Adhere to industry standards for installation, electrical wiring, and structural integrity.
- Documentation and ReportingMaintain detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide reports to project managers or clients, documenting any challenges and solutions during installation.
- Client CommunicationCollaborate with clients on installation plans, timelines, and signage specifications.
Offer guidance on signage operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in electrical or mechanical installation is preferred.
- Experience in signage installation or similar fields is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of materials and techniques for 3D and aluminum signage.
- Physical capability to work with equipment, handle heavy signage, and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- With Class 3 driving license is a must
