Job Scope and Responsibilities as a Direct Report to the CEO:
1. Academy
- Conduct a padel program catering to players of all ages and skill levels
- Implement structured training and coaching programs for beginner and intermediate players
- Design specialized programs for recreational play
2. Coaching and Player Development
- Conduct coaching lessons (groups and private), clinics, and workshops
- Stay updated with the latest padel techniques and trends
- Take part in regular coach meetings to discuss strategies and improvements
3. Event Planning
- Oversee padel tournaments, leagues, and social events
- Promote and market events to attract participants and spectators
- Collaborate with sponsors and partners for event support
4. Safety and Compliance
- Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed on and off the courts
- Stay informed about local regulations and standards related to sports facilities
5. Reporting and Communication
- Report to the CEO on program performance and objectives
- Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and staff
- Collaborate with the management team on club-wide initiatives, strategy and goals
