Required:
- Demonstrable experience in Pega development, ideally spanning at least 6 months.
- Familiarity with managing project releases using the Pega PRPC BPM platform.
- Exposure to handling large Business Process Management (BPM) projects throughout their full lifecycle.
- Technical expertise and industry-wide knowledge of Pega architecture.
- Possession of Pega certifications like SA (System Architect), SSA (Senior System Architect), or LSA (Lead System Architect).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and interpret client needs, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the application.
- Work with the development team to define and refine technical specifications for both new builds and updates to existing systems.
- Address incidents and handle change requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to enhance application performance.
- Evaluate existing systems, proposing and implementing updates or new functionalities where needed.
- Partner with business process experts to assess capabilities and gather high-level requirements from users.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subject matter experts to define and measure process metrics and performance standards.
- Assist in transferring requirements and use cases into actionable solutions.
