Job Summary

As the F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our F&B establishments, ensuring smooth service, high quality standards, and cost efficiency. Your role will involve staff management, operational planning, and collaboration with various departments to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee all F&B operations, including inventory management, food preparation standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to build a motivated and skilled team, fostering a positive work environment.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene across all locations, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Budget Management: Monitor budgets, control operational expenses, and optimize resources to increase profitability.

Customer Experience: Drive initiatives that enhance the guest experience, handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Supplier & Inventory Management: Collaborate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure consistent product availability while minimizing waste.


Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 8 years in F&B management, with at least 5 years in an operations or leadership role.

Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities proficiency in F&B software

Personality Traits: Customer-focused, adaptable, proactive, and passionate about the F&B industry.
