Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounts;
- Liaise with external parties for secretarial, audit and taxation related matters;
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations;
- Prepare various financial data analysis reports to support management decision-making process;
- Provide overall guidance, mentorship and oversee professional growth of the Finance Team;
- Responsible for payroll-related duties including attendance record in Time Management System and Overtime tabulation;
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports such as GST, OED, IRAS Auto-Inclusion, etc;
- Identify and submit relevant business grant applications;
- Support Departmental Head to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of various digitalisation systems across departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
- Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;
- Ability to delegate duties and lead;
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
- Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
- Meticulous, resourceful with initiative and good motivational skills;
- Ability to work independently to meet tight deadline.
