Business Development Manager (Solar & EV Charging)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Solar PV & EV Charging.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and address technical queries.
  • Prepare sales proposal and presentation to meet client’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams on site for successful installations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • To undertake task professionally that it will best represent the interest of the company.
  • To protect and manage company fixed assets that generates revenue.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties and task assigned by company as and when required during the course of work.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering and above
  • Experience in the solar or EV charger industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Good negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
