Job Description
- Handle sales order inquiries and support the sales team in daily operations.
- Provide product details, pricing, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and processing order entries.
- Attend to customer requirements and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet targets and ensure smooth workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base.
- Participate in training to enhance sales and customer service skills.
- Support sales and marketing activities and perform additional sales duties as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum "O" Level or NITEC Technical qualification.
- Team player with a friendly personality.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Keen interest in sales and providing solutions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Competent in IT and computer skills (MS Office).
- Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
