Responsibilities:
- Assist sales department with the development of client proposals and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Prepare sales forecast reports and submit them to management.
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Assist sales to liaise with HQ to ensure that all products and solutions are performed both functionally and technologically.
- Ensure effective learning and engaging with the customer required solution.
- Work along with sales on product feedback with new solution requirements from clients to lead collaboration.
- Responsible for technical inquiry from potential customers and channel partners with beneficial solution proposals.

- Pre-sale capability is necessary.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Interpersonal communication with project management skills desired
- Initiate and capable of problem-solving.
- Effectively oversee various priorities with precise timelines.
- A good mix of technical ability and customer interaction skills are preferred.
- Project management knowledge will be an advantage.
- Willing to learn attitude is highly recommended.
- Able to travel on short notice.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience in networking and software is critical.
- Professional Certificate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma is equivalent.
- 2nd language ability (Mandarin) preferred to communicate and liaise with HQ.
- Two years of industry or related experience (Sales)
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suites.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
