Job Responsibilities:-
- Incorporation of company
- Amendments to company constitution
- Share allotment and/or share transfers
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions
- Perform Customer Due Diligence and KYC checks
- Maintain register of controllers, nominee shareholders, and directors
- Maintain statutory records, registers and other relevant documents required by laws and regulations of Companies Act
- Ensure timely statutory filings to ACRA
- Preparation of XBRL Financial Statements
- Responsible for billings
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Law or CSIS qualification
- ACRA Qualified Individual
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Independent, organized, multitask and meticulous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
