Responsibilities:
- Handle on stationeries, pantry supplies, and printed materials
- Handling Office Administrative duties and paperwork including accounting data entry
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth work flow
- Administer work pass applications, cancellation and renewal.
- Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including recruitment from on-boarding to off-boarding, leave administration, MC record, payroll, benefit & training administration.
- Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required.
- Handle NSmen make-up claim, paternity, maternity, childcare leave, medical & insurance claims.
- Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management.
- Miscellaneous operational and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and strong English-language skills
- Meticulous, organized, resourceful and multi-tasker
- A good team player who can work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of simple accounting will be an added advantage
- Relevant HR work experience preferred.
