Description:
This position reports to the Managing Director and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including operations team, HR and Accounts department. The Sales Manager will play a key role to achieve targets while cultivating strong relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
2. Analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Proficiency in sales analytics and data-informed decision-making.
2. Strong understanding of customer relationship management system and best practices.
3. Expertise in negotiation techniques and conflict resolution to effectively manage customer and team dynamics.
Duration:
Training will be approximately 6 months
