System Architect Specialist
System & Application
· Define / improve IT Systems and Applications strategy and architecture for each project assigned.
· Research and evaluate emerging technologies, application and software.
· Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new application and software.
· Troubleshoot software issues related to internal IT.
· Maintain essential IT systems and applications.
· Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
· Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
Policy and Process Management
· Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies and procedural requirements.
3rd Party Systems
· Point of contact and support any software and application issues.
· Monitor the project progression and provide timely update to reporting.
Others
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
· Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
· 5-7 years of experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management and At least 5 years of experience in system design, development, or maintenance.
· SharePoint, SDLC, SQL, SQL Database, Power Automate and RPA, Internet programming.
· Certification in ITIL or PMP
· Meticulous and detailed.
· Self-motivated.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Very strong project management & analytical skills.
· Good organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
· Ability to work under stress and multi-task.
· Willing to work shift hours or late hours if any project required.
