Job Descriptions
Communications and Engagement
- Support the team in the design of internal communications to cascade key organisational messages, as well as planning of events.
- Support the team in developing engaging content for the intranet portal and/or leadership training e-modules
User Experience (UX) Research for Intranet Portal
- Coordinate engagements with user groups to understand pain points and gather feedback
- Assist in analysing user feedback data and identifying areas for improvement
Data Management and Analysis
- Assist in content migration and developing website prototypes based on user feedback
- Assist in data management/organisation and analysis for projects to track project status, participants, KPIs etc
- Contribute to the development of data visualisations/dashboarding
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in any relevant field.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using Canva and Adobe Creative Software is advantageous!
