- Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning and/or inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Persistent and target-driven.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
Job Description
- Manage AP2/AP1 forecasting. Allocation Party 1 (customer level forecast) or Party 2(company level)
- Oversee inventory management, including production confirmation, internal stock transfer requests, and aging analysis/projections.
- Understand ongoing and upcoming promotion plans; collaborate with PMs to forecast and ensure stock availability. Track progress and take timely actions as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly SCM meetings.
- Communicate with the team regarding supply status based on Return to Forecast (RTF), including production capabilities, shortfalls, and allocations.
- Conduct monthly revenue simulations using forecasts and RTF data.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team on weekly order management to achieve on-time delivery.
- Monitor and analyze SCM KPIs, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Support management in generating regular reports.
- Assist the team with other Sales and SCM-related functions as needed.
