Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all site upkeep activities (residential/commercial).
- Ensure the effective management of Common Areas through regular inspections.
- Assist the Centre Manager in preparing properties for new tenancies.
- Perform administrative, financial, and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct on-site inspections and manage development works by contractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timely completion.
- Follow up with contractors on monthly maintenance schedules, quotations, claims, and invoicing.
- Supervise term contractors as needed.
- Raise purchase orders and monitor work progress in response to tenant/resident complaints.
- Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents according to in-house apps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for escalation and response time.
- Build and manage strong client relationships.
- Handle tenant/resident complaints professionally, ensuring proper closure and communication back to the complainant.
- Propose preventive maintenance strategies.
- Prepare monthly reports for management and landlords.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Any qualification in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Open to travel
