Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Brand Development for Plastic Surgery Concierge Services, Lash & Nails
- Shape and uphold the brand's identity to create a strong presence in Singapore.
- A well-defined brand fosters trust and recognition, attracting clients who align with the brand's values.
2) Content Creation
- Craft engaging marketing materials, including brochures, curating videos, and social media content.
- High-quality content educates potential clients about services and builds credibility through success stories and testimonials, and other relevant visual contents that to boost the algorithm for higher visibility.
3) Digital Marketing, oversee online advertising and build the company’s website prior to working on search engines and social media.
4) Strategy, is a must to plan and execute effective digital marketing strategy to increase visibility, drives traffic, and engages potential clients in real time
5) Market Research, Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to refine marketing effort so we have a more informed insights from market research inform decisions, enabling the company to stay competitive and relevant.
6) Lead Generation, develop strategy to attract new to attract new clients, such as referral programs and influencer partnerships.
7) Analytics and Reporting, Measure the success of marketing campaigns and strategies using analytics tools.
8) Client Relationship Management, cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients through tailored communications.
9) Event Planning, organize events to educate potential clients about services and foster community engagement.
10) Coordinating, with clients and KR medical professionals to facilitate online Treatment Discussions prior to finalizing the recommended procedures, ensuring effective communication and planning the itinerary to align with both the medical professionals’ and clients’ schedules.
11) Work closely with our direct KR Medical professionals to ensure accurate representation of services and quality care for clients.
12) Any Adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- A Dip/Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, or related industries. Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns and content that capture the target audience's attention and drive results.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends in the marketing landscape.
- Experience in managing multiple brand simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with analytics tools
