· Present solutions with regards to IT Arch review Committee- Architecture and Security on the user business requirements scope.
· Engage WMIS Operations Division stake holders to gather business requirements rules and ensure alignment with development and testing teams.
· Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables, such as functional specifications, use-cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams.
· Analyze business requirements and processes through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
· Ensure project’s successful implementation by delivering with proper test cases: SIT, UAT, Go-live preparation and Issues handling without any delays and solved any outstanding issues to meet the whole project timeline.
· Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
· Facilitate periodic meetings with stake holders to document requirements and explore solutions.
· Facilitate both IT and business meeting regularly to know the project progress and provide the timely updates.
· Mitigate the project risks and technical risks and report to Division Head and Domain Head of IT in timely manner
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
