Job Details
- 1 year renewal contract
- Plaza Singapura
- 1 month completion bonus after 1 year
- Single shift from 10.30am to 9.30pm
- Work 4 days per week roster, ie. 2 weekdays per week and on every Sat and Sun, including public holidays.
- $2000 - $2300
- Retail allowance $150/month
- Counter allowance $150/ month
Job Scope:
- Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales.
- Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for call centre and online orders.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers and liaise with the Commercial team.
- Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues.
- Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
