The Role
This position will provide support for executing the arrears management process for a portfolio of properties, liaise with internal and external parties and collection agent in the course of work.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with tenants to follow up with arrears matters
- Prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
- Ensure prompt follow-up in generating arrears reports and letters.
- Prepare and maintain proper records of reports and documents.
- Provide administrative support to the arrears management team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experiences in similar position of managing arrears; or 4 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Meticulous, highly organized, able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge working with SAP system will be an added advantage
