Summary:
We are looking a candidate for the Robotics and Automation Engineer position. In this role, you will develop and implement software programming of cutting-edge robotic and automation systems to improve our warehousing and delivery operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, lower costs, and boost efficiency.
Job Scope:
- Knowledge in programming and combination of various automation technologies (robots, vision systems, PLCs, HMIs) into highly integrated systems.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve programs PLC, Robot, by using software to ensure efficient process cycles.
- Design, develop, and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that enable the integration of systems, services, and products, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality across platforms.
- Experience in using any of the framework/programming language: ASP.Net/C#, native Android development, Hybrid mobile development.
- Previous experience with Fanuc Cobot or other Cobots for Palletizing / Warehouse automation is preferred.
- Able to understand and setup electrical and electronic circuits and connection.
- Work with engineering group in identification of future automation assignments and streamlining of current processes.
- Ensure all jobsite safety procedures and standards are followed and met.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- 3-4 years of experience in robotics and automation engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Knowledge with robotic operating systems (ROS) and hardware platforms.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and systems integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
