Job Summary:
- Salary: $3,000 - $3,200
- 5 days; 8am - 5pm
- Location: Gul Way
- VB + Medical Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring operators accurately record quality data in Quality Test Reports (QTR)
- Conducting random inspections (receiving, in-process, and final) and updating records
- Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) for customer deliveries
- Implementing “5S” and food safety requirements on the production floor
- Conducting various tests (Drop Test, Hydraulic Pressure Test, Leak Proof Test, etc.) for IBC products
- Preparing design and test reports, and managing product samples for HQ
- Following and enforcing Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures
- Assisting with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and customer audit requirements
- Training new employees on safety and quality standards
Additional Information:
- Min Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Engineering
- Possess 3-4 years of experience in QA and QC in Plastic packaging
