Clinic Receptionist

Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd.

  • Location: Central / West / North (Near MRT)
  • Mon to Fri Office Hours & Sat until 1pm
  • No prior experience required as training will be provided

Overview:

Our Healthcare client is looking for energetic and highly motivated Individual to join their fast-growing industry as Clinic Assistant. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive quality care and services.

Job Description:

  • Provide frontline services such as registration, appointment booking, collection of payment and provide financial counseling
  • Perform administrative duties such as keeping track of patient medical information
  • Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure
  • Account for handover and closing of counter payments
  • Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level
  • Experiences in the Healthcare / Customer Service industry will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and detail oriented
