Exciting full-time opportunity to grow your career with a rapidly expanding international aviation Company. BIAero is a trading firm specializing in the sale of Engines/APUs and components. The company works with customers in a robust global marketplace providing repair support to fleets and MROs worldwide. Currently a staff of nine in the United States and three in Singapore to run our operations and sales – we are looking for a sales-oriented, self-starter with strong communication skills and enthusiasm to join our Singapore team, located at Seletar Aerospace Park. Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a sales professional to expand our team in the here in the Singapore office. While aviation background is helpful, it is not a requirement for this position; we expect a six (6) month on-boarding process to get up to speed on industry terms and market dynamics so candidates must have enthusiasm and willingness to learn. We are looking for a bright, forward thinking person who will ensure overall customer satisfaction while executing the team goals, strategies and objectives. Most selling tasks are performed over the phone or via e-mail with existing customers.


Specific Accountabilities Include:

  • Training as Aviation Sales Professional including technical documents and market value analysis across multiple engine platforms.
  • Manage RFQs for your strategic accounts and ensure excellent conversion rates.
  • Responsive in making accurate and competitive quotes to customers in accordance with Company's sales processes.
  • Accountable for exceeding key targets for respective accounts.
  • Plan sales activities for specific engine platforms.
  • Research & develop new opportunities, understanding the APAC market dynamics to target new clients.
  • Manage/build relationships with prospective and current customers to meet sales goals.
  • Maintain a close working relationship and liaise with other departments such as Operations, Quality & Finance to ensure adherence to procedures.

Requirements/Pre-Requisites:

  • Diploma, preferably Degree in Business
  • 1-3 years’ sales or services experience
  • Fresh graduates, and aviation enthusiasts are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office applications & Office 365 platforms
  • Ability to work on a team and be in good internal communication with co-workers
  • Deadline oriented, organized, persistent and independent
  • International travel for conferences required (est. 10%).
