Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid)
Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Support managers and employees in performance-related matters.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Promote continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist in updating staff benefits and the company handbook.
- Administer employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist with benefit-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle contracts.
- Manage employment pass applications, transfers, and payroll verification.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Organize team-building events.
- Provide support for booking flights, hotels, and other admin tasks.
- Assist with cross-department duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience.
- Preferably with experience in employment pass applications, transfers, and payroll verification.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws (MOM, CPF).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
