  • Test and measurement equipment: Spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment for electronic components and systems.

Position: Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with customers in the defense, security, and critical infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement optimal sales strategies and business plans to achieve sales growth, market development, and strong customer relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, leveraging industry knowledge to provide valuable solutions and support.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Business Development: Establish new contacts and generate leads to drive sales growth.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell complex technical solutions to customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, from bidding to delivery and commissioning.
  • Customer Support: Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant sales, management, account management, and marketing experience in the defense, security, or critical infrastructure industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of defense, security, and critical infrastructure technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.

Package

  • Competitive salary package, including an attractive base salary and a variable component.
  • Mobile allowance of SGD 90 per month.
  • Transport allowance of up to SGD 1,300 per month.
