Job Description:
- Filing & scanning of expense documents
- Data entry for Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers etc
- Staff Claims processing and recording into the system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Positive disposition with good working attitude
- Meticulous, good team player and willing to learn
- Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in other MS Office application
- Singaporean and PR preferred
