Join our exciting startup as we expand our presence in Singapore! As a new team member, you will play a vital role in driving our e-commerce operations for two top-selling brands in the European market, specializing in office and home furniture.
About Us:
Based in China with a strong track record as one of the top three sellers in the e-commerce industry in Europe, we are looking to build a dynamic team in Singapore. We value innovation and creativity, and we’re eager to bring our successful strategies to the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize our accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify.
* Oversee order processing to ensure timely delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
* Handle our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (advertising experience not required).
* Analyze e-commerce trends and KPIs to enhance our online sales performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that boost our online presence.
* Ensure optimal stock levels and assist with purchasing as necessary.
* Utilize web analytics tools to understand customer behavior and improve their shopping experience.
Profile:
We are seeking proactive and flexible team players with strong communication skills. You should be customer-focused and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and planning skills are essential.
Requirements:
* Proficient in both Chinese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* No prior experience required; training will be provided.
* Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
