Job Description
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene
- Manage stock levels and wastage
- Assist with all food preparation and cooking duties
- Always maintain critical standard: holding times, service speed and quality, raw and furnished product quality at all times
- Responsible for area of food preparation
- Monitor and maintain condition of equipment used
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
