We are recruiting for one of the largest listed Logistics and Industrial Real Estate company in Singapore. They own more than 180 properties across three key segments in Logistics/Industrial Business Parks and Data Centres globally.
You will be generally responsible for maximising value of properties through formulation, development and implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing and asset enhancement. You will improve revenue management and revenue generating capabilities of the properties as well manging and controlling operating expenses to maximize Net Property Income for properties.
You will be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the properties, initiating Asset Enhancement initiatives to improve returns on the properties.
This will also include oversee negotiation and execution of leases, and other lease management related matters such as property tax, credit control. You will design and deliver the desired level of customer care and services to enhance customer loyalty and command price premium and also involve in customer relationship management. You will be formulating annual budget and annual asset plan for new financial year and putting up proposals/papers and updating of reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or industrial assets.
- Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management.
- You are commercially savvy with strong analytical and financial skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
