Responsibilities
- Development of new manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing practices
- Design tools and fixtures with AutoCAD and CNC programming
- Operation of high tech Vacuum and Sinter HIP furnaces, CNC and Precision Waterjet.
- Support the training of staff and line operators on manufacturing processes
- Deployment of design of Experiment and statistical control for key processes
- Develop and execute process validation plans and proper documentation control
- Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety awareness and other activities for continual improvement
