Job Description:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on existing products, drivers, and firmware.
- Perform various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and sanity testing, to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as project leads, developers, and other team members to address bugs and improve product quality.
- Work closely with the R&D team to replicate customer-reported issues and verify fixes.
- Track, isolate, and document problems, verify resolutions, and qualify bug fixes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with an interest in the testing field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot effectively and think outside the box.
- Detail-oriented and observant, with the ability to spot discrepancies during testing.
- Analytical mindset for accurately assessing product behavior.
