Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up on leads.
  • Client Consultation: Understand the security requirements of prospects and provide recommendations for CCTV solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of CCTV products and solutions to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
  • Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products and services that complement CCTV systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with product information, quotes, and post-sale support.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to execute sales strategies and coordinate customer engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the security, technology, or CCTV industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and via email.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CCTV systems, IP cameras, video surveillance software, and security solutions is a plus.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing sales pipelines.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Team Player: Capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
