Job Description:
- Involve in the project or maintenance services related to General Security Systems, Alarms Systems, CCTV Systems, Access control systems and Server & Network infrastructure whenever required
- Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
- Troubleshoot problems encountered on site
- Develop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.
- Conduct acceptance tests with users and address the testing findings/issues
- Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks
- Maintain an accurate and consistent set of work instructions service delivery processes.
- Develop As-built documentation for the handover Job
- OT allowance and a company vehicle will be provided
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Operational Technology/Information Technology industry
- Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
- In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Servers etc.
- Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
- IT Certification in Windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization and cloud technologies will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
- Candidate must possess a Class 3 driving license
