Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
- Assist with preparing daily and/or monthly reports, if any.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interested candidates to understand job requirements
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist potential candidates
- Learn various aspects of Recruitment, Coaching and Team Management

Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in any field
- Possess good verbal & written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Working hours & Salary:
- 2 days a week (Tuesday & Friday), 10am to 6pm (1hour lunch break)
- $15 per hour
