Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with relevant experience in the events production to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client/Account Servicing: Manage clients from luxury brands and FMCG
- Project Coordination: Handle project coordination including sourcing suppliers/props/materials, budgeting and quotations, and final invoicing.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with creative and graphic designers, print department, carpentry, and installation teams.
- Meetings and Site Work: Attend client meetings, conduct preliminary site measurements, and oversee on-site installation setup and teardown.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare quotations, invoices, risk assessment and other necessary documents for permit applications.
- Project Execution: Ensure efficient activation and smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or large format printing industry.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and efficient.
- Hardworking with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary (including overnight setups).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum diploma holder.
