Job Responsibilties:
- Deliver billable professional services to clients by developing applications that follow industry best practices.
- Lead key project activities, including conducting needs analyses, reviewing data, and presenting product demonstrations.
- Develop comprehensive expertise across multiple products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications to meet client needs effectively.
- Communicate proactively with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and web sessions, supporting them throughout the design, development, implementation, and deployment stages.
- Manage all phases of successful implementations, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to mentoring and delivering final outcomes.
- Conduct discovery meetings, document solutions, and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with clients.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management teams to help enhance product offerings.
- Support the sales process by providing technical expertise and assistance as needed.
- Analyze client requirements to develop and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Deliver onsite mentoring and professional services to ensure clients achieve effective use and implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation.
- Prior experience with data visualization or analytics platforms, such as QlikView or Qlik Sense.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
- Strong ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer support.
- Solid hands-on experience with relational databases and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and/or enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM applications.
- Preferred experience in developing web-based applications with complex JavaScript interactions and integration with web services.
- Familiarity with source code versioning, control systems, and code branching/merging practices.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated aptitude and motivation to continually learn and adopt new tools and techniques.
