- Monitor and attend to requisitions using company system
- Assist vessel with purchase of Technical and Provisions to certain vessels’
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Handle logistics arrangement from the point of purchase order up till delivery on board delivery
- Process invoices through a software;
- Arrange annual services for vessels as the due dates approach (LSA / FFA / Radio Equipment Services)
- Assist Superintendent when required
- Arrange renewal of vessels’ certificates
Requirements:
· Good knowledge of technical, purchasing and logistics processes
· Min Diploma and 1-2 years of technical experience in a shipping company
· Those without purchasing experience but with good technical skills in shipping can be consider
