HR ASSISTANT

3g Logistics Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems, a solid understanding of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Maintain compliance with MOM laws and regulations.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data using Excel.
  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma from a polytechnic or equivalent.
  • Relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
