We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems, a solid understanding of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records.
- Maintain compliance with MOM laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data using Excel.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma from a polytechnic or equivalent.
- Relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
