Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead our recruitment efforts, enhance employee engagement, and manage disciplinary issues within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to promote a positive work environment.
- Foster open communication channels between management and employees.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in managing employee performance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and employee relations, preferably in f&b industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems; experience with data analysis is a plus.
