Admin / HR Function
- Prepare and administer HR related letters (i.e. employment contracts, confirmation, promotion & etc).
- Handle payroll, leave and other related matters.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Renew company Bizsafe certificate / company equipment / Singtel / SP services / Dormitory contract.
- Upkeep data on our in-house work order summary & prepare monthly sales report.
- Date Entry for Foreign Worker time card & attendance list.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters.
- Handle incoming calls and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior.
- Job Vacancies posting.
- Matching monthly diesel & fuel receipt for company vehicle.
- Update latest Employee Particular to company assigned clinic.
- Administer work pass (WP, S Pass) application, renewal and cancellation, apply levy waiver, arrange medical check-up, OFWAS.
- Arrange & renew CSOC / core trade / training courses.
- Renew road tax, season parking, Insurance, VPC, COE of company vehicle, Workshop Licence/ Yearly EMA Licence, WICA, Public liability, FWMI
Accounts Function
- Generate invoices /Delivery order/Purchase Order.
- Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable duties such as payments, receipts.
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts to clients.
- Monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account and rectifies the discrepancies.
- Perform bank reconciliation monthly.
- Monitor AR ageing and outstanding customer accounts.
- Prefer with MYOB/ABSS knowledge including data entry into the systems.
- Assist in GST and Taxation filing and reporting locally.
- Liaise with auditor for annual audit.
- Assist in submission of employees IR8A.
