This temporary 1 month position is a generalist role where the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions.
Key areas include:
a) Recruitment & Selection
b) Training & Development
c) Performance Management
d) Payroll and Benefit Administration
e) Employee Relations & Communications
f) Safety & Security Management
g) General HR Administration
· HR role-emploment act, workmen compensation (WICA), CPF computation, Income tax clearance
· Ensures statutory and legal compliance on all HR practices
· Handle work pass
· Update and maintain employee's P-file
· Administer employee attendance & leave
· Performing intake of various HR tasks and inquiries such as processes for general HR activities, payroll, employee related matters
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· At least a Diploma in Business Management (preferably majoring in Human Resource Management)
· 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
· Knowledge on payroll administration using any HRIS system
· Familiar with local employment laws and related labor regulations

Proficient in MS excel such as Vlookup
