- Act as the prime business relationship manager for the key business stakeholder for the portfolio you are accountable for
- Being able to determine, and develop, the business value of any solution, and how it could be extended
- Driving the group towards solutions to complex problems
- Responsible to provide technical analysis for plan corrections to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws
- Develop Required Minimum Distribution programs to be used at the recordkeeping offices
- Compute complicated calculations as needed for recordkeeping adjustments
- Manage plan corrections with recordkeeping offices and accounting staff
- Identify processes and procedures to reduce administrative errors and increase customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain monthly and quarterly reports used to track Operations performance
