- Oversee the technical operations of the fleet of ships
- Collaborate with the operations team, vessel crew, and external service providers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field / refer those with COC marine engine or Chief Engineer
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial or technical management for shipping companies
- Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking procedures
- Excellent understand of industry regulations and standards
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage costs and budgets effectively.
