Legal Secretary (Corporate / M&A / Banking Finance)
(6 months Contract Employment - International Law Firm)
To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support that appropriately meets their requirements, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients and reducing the need for them to undertake administrative tasks.
Supports 1 Partner, 1 counsel and 1 Associate
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Document processing/production
- File Management
- Preparing bills & invoices
- ACRA Searches
- Updating client contacts into InterAction
- Conflict checks coordination
- Claims submissions
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangement
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners
Education / Qualifications:
- Experience working as a legal secretary (Corporate / M&A / Banking)
Knowledge And Technical Skills
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Experience of working with house-styles and branding
- Good working knowledge of document and client relationship management systems, PDF software and financial recording applications
General Skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Ability to compose and reply Chinese messages to PRC Clients
