Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish clear sales goals and ensure the team achieves monthly targets
- Engage with potential and existing clients, understand their requirements and match them with suitable helpers
- Sales driven, independent and with high self-motivation to source & close sales with minimum supervision
- Coordinate phone interviews with the helpers and identify candidates that align with employer requirements
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, approachable team player
Requirements:
