Position Summary:
- The F&B Executive performs and directs overall restaurant management.
- Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security.
- Recruits staff and oversees training program.
- Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules.
- Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective customers to promote sales.
- Maintains business records.
- Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes and posts the staff work schedules
- Prepares & stocks products for all menu items
- Makes & serves sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast items and other items on the menu
- Prepares & bakes bread and cookies
- Able to operate all core equipment, including the microwave and speed oven
- Cleans & maintains all areas of the store including the dining area, the back area, the counters and all equipment/utensils used
- Performs Point of Sales (POS) cashiering
- Understands & adheres to all standard procedures, proper food handling, and all safety & hygiene practices
- Receive stock delivery
- Performs light paperwork such as filling out preparation forms
- Assists Senior staff on shift as required
- Other responsibilities as required by the business
