Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS) to provide value-added engineering solutions
- Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements
- Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines delivery of model sections for integration.
- Working to specification for model areas and identify technical issues and obtain clarifications.
- Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.
- It includes model building, tuning and integration of the models for OTS projects, meeting project requirements and quality assurance of the simulators being delivered.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years relevant working experience in System Design Engineering analysis and techniques, preparation of Project documentation
- Report progress to Project Manager/Technical Manager.
- Experience of Operator Training Simulators and dynamic process simulation studies.
- Exposure to different Simulation Softwares used such as Shadow plant, HYSYS, Dynamism, Aspen plus, Pro II.
- Experience in modeling and implementing high fidelity training.
- Knowledge and experience in various control systems and applications such as DCS, ESD, PLC, APC, OMS, etc.
