Job description and responsibilities
- To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.
- To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, Management and Project Team.
- To ensure all project requirements are within the standards & control of the project management plan.
- To Liaise with the general workforce involved in the project.
- To assist Project on samples and materials preparation etc.
- Willing to learn and accept add-ho job resposibility.
Job Requirements
- No working experience requried .
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office,particularly WORD and EXCEL applications.
- Strong communications skills,tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
- Immediate availability preferred.
