We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to collaborate closely with Business Unit Heads (BUH) on HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead the digital transformation of HR systems and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HOD and BUH to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the digitalization of HR systems and data management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and execute HR process improvement initiatives that add value to HR services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with regional leaders to align HR initiatives with business needs.
  • HR Liaison: Serve as the primary HR contact for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering, partnering with managers on people strategies, HR program enhancements, and training for staff.
  • Problem Solving: Propose innovative solutions to complex HR challenges and everyday issues.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making: Exercise sound judgment in making informed decisions that balance legal compliance with business requirements.
  • Results-Driven: Drive business results impacting hundreds of employees while enhancing strategic thinking and HR expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work with regional HR colleagues on HRIS projects to streamline processes.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with regional recruitment to fulfil management positions as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Master's Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in HR within a multinational environment.
  • Industry Background: Regional HR management experience preferred in various industries, particularly automotive and manufacturing.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws in Greater China and Southeast Asia is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese and Thai, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Competitive and results-driven, with a passion for people, high emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
